How it works
We watch the record
Every building permit filed across Knox County, Knoxville, and Blount — pulled weekly, straight from the county systems.
We match it to your trade
A new pool means a code-required fence. A new home means bare dirt and empty gutters. Each permit routes to the one trade that sells what comes next.
You call first
Address, project value, permit date — in your inbox every Monday, while the concrete is still curing. Exclusive to you.
One seat per trade.
That's the point.

Straight talk
- We never sell the same lead to your competitors.
- Thin week? We say so. No padding, ever.
- We don't charge for anything you could pull from the county yourself — we charge for finding it, matching it, and getting it to you while it's fresh.
- Month to month. If it stops earning its keep, cancel and keep the last list.
Questions, answered plainly
Why only one company per trade?
Because a lead your competitor also has is barely a lead. One seat per trade per metro is the whole product. When your seat is taken, it is taken — we will tell you plainly if someone beat you to it.
Where do the leads come from?
Public building permits filed with Knox County, the City of Knoxville, and Blount County. The information is public — the work is pulling it weekly, matching it to your trade, checking it, and getting it to you while it is fresh.
What does it cost?
$99 a month for your first three months, then $199. Month to month, cancel anytime. Your first week of leads is free — judge the quality before a dollar moves.
What if a week is thin?
Then we say so. We do not pad lists, we do not recycle old permits, and we do not invent volume. Some weeks the county files less. You will always know exactly what a week actually held.
