Here is how it works. We pull every building permit filed across Knox County, Knoxville, and Blount each week, straight from the public record. We match them to the trades that sell what comes next: a new pool permit goes to a fence company, because that pool cannot fill until it is fenced. New-home permits go to landscaping and gutter companies, because the builder’s subs are gone at punch-out and the yard is bare dirt. Every lead carries the address, the project value, and the date it was filed. One company per trade gets the list — exclusivity is the point, and once your seat is taken, it is taken. The founding rate is 9 a month for the first three months, then 99. Month to month, cancel anytime. We will send you a full week free first, so you can judge the quality before a dollar moves. What we do not do: we do not sell the same lead to five of your competitors, we do not pad thin weeks, and we do not charge for anything you could pull from the county yourself — we charge for finding it, matching it, checking it, and getting it to you while it is fresh.
